Terri was quick to act when we were looking for an investment property. We are out of state investors and within 3 hours of calling her she was already on site to take pictures and videos of property condition. Even having bought a home before it’s not like riding a bike and the amount of paperwork and hoops is overwhelming. Terri guided me through and did a great job explaining when I had questions. She was a great go between making sure everything was on the up and up and my interests were heard. When all was signed and keys delivered she brought me wine and fried chicken to welcome me home. She treats people as family, not clients.
Terri Saved our butts!!! We were in a terrible situation with some shady buyers and crooked buyers’ agent. Terri was great. Her knowledge of construction was invaluable when looking at properties. Once I found the home I wanted, she was great at getting me all the information I needed to move forward. She always quick to respond to emails and text, and stayed in close communication through closing.
