We are **** miles and many states away from Cobblestone headquarters yet our manager is expected to oversee 4 major projects: pickleball courts, a fitness room, major fence and sewer line repairs. He has limited authority to oversee these projects. His Managers who live nearby show up twice a year. One thing we can always count on here is yearly lot rent increases and ad ons.
Lack of straghtforwardness and transparency. One hand does not know what the other is doing. Buying and selling under many names. Llc after Llc.
