This place is beautiful for the most part but ruins it is the management personnel. It seems like no one gives a damn except Edith. I wonder how Ximena, Marlene and Leo keep their jobs; absolutely no interpersonal communication skills. I believe the mission of the management staff is to do the least for the residents. Maintenance requests are tremendously slow, security is non-existent, no parking for visitors for such a large complex, none of the amenities are available (Covid is always the excuse), you cannot receive packa... read more
