When we arrived to check in, the front desk agent, Randy, kindly let me know that I had accidentally booked our stay in Yuma instead of Wray. I’m using his name because this was truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Without hesitation, Randy called the Cobblestone in Yuma, explained my mistake, and they graciously canceled my reservation with no penalties or charges. I recently stayed in Wray, and I felt truly welcomed by Randy. He was so helpful during check-in and made sure I had everything I needed in my room. His warm and cheerful personality made a real difference! Thank you, Randy, for such a wonderful stay! I'll definitely be back!

Stayed here when out Dove Hunting. It’s not bad for a small town hotel. It just doesn’t get 5 stars because it’s not a 5 star hotel. No complaints though.

This hotel was very accommodating and cozy. Randy is by far the best. He helped us with all of our needs and went above and beyond. Highly recommend. To the management: let's change the hanging lights to puck lights. I would REALLY bring out the bar
