Staff were nice, room was reasonably good. Included breakfast was OK, a bit Spartan for some perhaps

I called the week before Groundhog Day to see about making reservations for Groundhog Day 2026. We got married on Groundhog Day in Punxsutawney several years ago and wanted to do an anniversary trip. I was told they were going to start taking reservations on Feb. 10, 2025. I called just after midnight on Feb. 10th and was told that they were already sold out and that the owners had started taking reservations before the 10th. Why get people's hopes up and lie to them?
