I built my home in 2019 and I love it! I continue to recommend Cobblestone to anyone interested in building. They continue to this day to stand behind their homes, even 6 years later. I had an issue with ants and called to get guidance on how I might handle it. They had me contact All American Pest Control and even picked up the tab! Now that is real commitment from them and the value of their homes.
Think this place is haunted cause all they do is ghost us.
Clients of mine recently became the third owners of a Cobblestone home located north of Midland. During the buying process, we reached out to Cobblestone for clarification on some of the home systems and the response was warm and giving. Once the buyers gained possession of their new home, Joe with Cobblestone came out and conducted a new owner walkthrough to educate them about the home and all of the high end features. I cannot recommend Cobblestone enough for their build quality or customer service. Thank you Joe!
I am a current renter with cobblestone homes & would recommend any other renter to find properties managed by them. Moving-in was easy & quick, as well as I was extremely satisfied with my unit. They take care of everything & in a timely manner. Thressa, the office manager is very polite, professional, & quick to respond. Matt, who showed me the duplex was as well very polite, professional, & extremely helpful when it came to moving in.
My wife and I are currently building a home with Cobblestone Builders - we were first introduced by a local Midland County realtor agent back in July of 2023. That agent talked through what we were looking for and gave us one name to talk with - which was Cobblestone Builders. She introduced us to Matt Sheahan to talk through what we wanted.
