Horrible customer service. Was inquiring about building a home and Matt took all of my info over the phone and then told me to text him so we could move forward. I literally got no response. He then apologized and acted like he knew nothing about me even though we had a 10 min conversation. He then ghosted me not once but two more times. If you don’t want my business I will gladly look elsewhere. I will say it again for the people in the back HORRIBLE customer service.
We purchased a model home as timing did not allow us to build. Cobblestone was extremely helpful in the buying process and provided great options for our additional needs. Moving into a new home was fantastic as we did not have to paint or clean anything before moving in. We recommend Cobblestone to anyone as we are looking forward to having them build our dream home in the future!
We had been looking for a single story home, but we were having trouble finding just what we needed. So we decided to explore new home construction. After finding a new street near our daughter's home, we found that Cobblestone Homes was the company to which we needed to speak. Cobblestone's sales person assisted us in visiting a number of their model homes. All of these homes, some with vaulted ceilings, and large open spaces, were quite breathtaking. I built my home in 2019 and I love it! I continue to recommend Cobblestone to anyone interested in building. They continue to this day to stand behind their homes, even 6 years later. I had an issue with ants and called to get guidance on how I might handle it. They had me contact All American Pest Control and even picked up the tab! Now that is real commitment from them and the value of their homes.
Think this place is haunted cause all they do is ghost us.
