We moved into our house 20 months ago and continue to have issues not addressed and a pool not finished after 20 months. The owner (Thomas) does not get back to you when we reach out. 6 months ago, we finally had a sit down with Thomas and were promised action. Since that date, we have been staring at an algae filled pool that does not work. Several attempts have been made to correct the issues, but failed. The only reason I picked a one is because zero is not a choice. We have had nothing but problems with our home. Honestly too many to list at this point. Currently this company encountered a large amount of rock in the lot they sold next door. This has lead to 9 straight days approximately 8 hours a day using an excavator as a jack hammer chipping away small amounts of a massive rock. It is so loud. First, we want to state this is an updated review from a previous review I had posted. Originally we had posted a 5 star review because we desperately had been trying to get multiple issues fixed after our move in as were promised to us without response. Around Christmas one of Cobblestones warranty people came around with a small food gift. Bought our new home September 2020. We're 2 years in a couldn't be happier! There are always little things that need to be done after purchasing a new home and Cobblestone has stood behind their work and made sure to take care of everything for us. I would say they even went above & beyond. Martti is fantastic!
