RecommendedWe have lived at Cobblestone Estates for over a year and we love it. Cobblestone is a quiet neighborhood and we have made many friends here. Our new complex manager is always working around our building to make sure they are clean and looking good, just the way I had done on my previous homes. Thank you Teri Bloyer for being Johnny on the spot when things need to be fixed or replaced. David and I really appreciate all of what you do.
We’ve lived here for about 2 months and absolutely love it. Sharon, the community manager, is lovely and always responds to emails and calls within the next day. As with any apartment, you can hear your neighbors sometimes but people here are pretty respectful. There’s a lot of kids around here so school nights are usually quiet, too. The maintenance guy usually gets here within the week, he comes out if it’s an emergency usually right away. We have two cats and the apartment complex is very pet friendly. :)
