WOW! Recently Cobblestone Creek has gone from managed by Lexington Mangement to self managed. I am moving out now, but the contrast is night and day. They are FANTASTIC now. The property and apartments have always been nice. I have never seen a pest or really a spec of dust. The applicances are fixed and maintenece done promptly. The staff responds quickly. The snow is cleared quickly. Beautiful pond views in the back.
I had been renting there for almost 2 years and besides from liking the location, I had the worst experience of my entire life. I lived there with my family and nearing the last few months of our contract the property had discovered a leak in the building between our unit and our neighbors. They had been in the building looking to discover the location of the occurrence for weeks.
