I recently almost rented at The Village of Cobblestone. My boyfriend and I went through all the motions to rent a unit at this place. A leasing agent walked us through a model apartment that she stated we would be moving into just as this one. Leasing agent also walked us through a gym and showed us a new wood floor in the gym and stated that they would be replacing the flooring in the unit will move into with this floor. 1st, BEWARE: There are no clear signs anywhere on the apartment grounds indicating that resident's visitors will be booted and towed. Their "visitor" parking is in the furthest, darkest corner of the complex and you would not find it unless you looked for it. My son visited me. My wife and I have chosen this place for safety because we have kids and also price offered. Mysteriously in 3 years my rent went from $1060 to 1300 . Almost every month they vandalize a car, I receive a letter from CMPD. 2 months ago someone slashed the tires of both of my cars , no security, no camera. the cops came nothing done. last week shooting in the community due to an attempt to Rob a lady in her car. Legacy Ballantyne is a scam. We're moving out in 2 months.
