I have lived here for over 20 years. The upkeep on the buildings is not what it used to be. My parking lot has two vehicles, non running, that have been sitting there for over 2 years. The tennis court next door to my unit is in terrible condition. Saw two snakes crawling out of the rotten wood surrounding it this week. The pool was hardly used. Have no idea why.
