Ordering an Uber here is a real nightmare! The security guards are incredibly slow; I waited over 20 minutes for the driver to let me in because of their inaction—it's disrespectful. They need to focus more on improving their work efficiency.

I am a local Real Estate Broker providing my personal opinion after a recent client tour. Cobblestone has a family oriented feel to the community. You will see many residents enjoying walking, exercising and taking part in the many community amenities. Townhomes are available for Rent and Purchase. Cobblestone has 1 level townhomes, 2 story townhomes and even Split level 3 story units with a balcony available. Large bedrooms. Clean and Well kept community. Always a pleasant experience showing townhomes here.

Parking is a HUGE problem. I’ve lived here 6 months now and have seen countless cars be towed. I was at the office a few weeks ago and someone was complaining that their car had been towed. The manager seemed annoyed with the complaint and said that they can’t fix the problem and that only 1.5 guest spaces were made per unit. When I asked what were the alternatives as I’ve had the same issue several times when I’ve gotten home after 8pm and have found no parking. THIS COMMUNITY IS STRAIGHT-UP G-H-E-T-T-O. Let’s start with the parking, because that alone is a full-blown disaster. It's TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE. UNLIVABLE. First, we used to park along the curb because there’s never any parking here — now? That gets you a ticket and a tow. Then they said you can’t park in the same spot for more than 3 days. And now? This Place absolutely sucks. I came home and there is no parking. The clubhouse has like 20 spots open, but they will not allow us to use them until 10 PM so if I have a guest or I get home around 7 PM there is nowhere to park your car and if you try to park it in the clubhouse even though there's absolutely no one at the clubhouse they will tow your car and there's like 20 spots open, but yet they won't allow us to park there, which is ridiculous whatever you do don't come live here.
