The car wash just opened so they were offering free washes. I generally only go to touchless car washes, and my feelings on that have been validated as my car was damaged. Needless to say I won’t be back. They have taken my information so we’ll see how they reconcile it. Note: Cobblestone has been completely unresponsive to numerous attempts to contact them (despite claiming that the site manager will reach out) to start a damage claim process. I visited today and loved it! The staff were extremely friendly, I'll definitely be back.
Cobblestone is notorious for damaging and scratching cars. Go somewhere else!
