I’ve never had an issue here until today. The person guiding cars into the bay was incredibly rude and unprofessional, getting sassy with me because he didn’t leave enough space for the car in front of me. On top of that, the wash didn’t even dry my car as I exited. I’ll never return to the Cobblestone Carwash at Wadsworth and Coal Mine.
Hello, we were just there 30 minutes ago to get a wash on our vehicle. We are a premium member. We were the ones with the blue F150 and American flag emblem. The side brushes did not activate while we went through the car wash however when we looked behind us, the car behind us was receiving the side brushes. You might wanna get that fixed in case you lose customers.
