If I was leaving a review two years ago, this place would have gotten 5 stars from me for the excellent service, friendliness, consistency, and overall great experience. The washes were great, the staff was helpful, and the amenities were always well maintained. However, over the past couple of years, and especially recently, this place has completely gone downhill. This car wash scratched my wife’s new vehicle. The general manager I spoke to was absolutely zero help. What is worse after I requested them to close my account with them they have not yet done so and I have been charged every month since my request. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
