This car wash scratched my wife’s new vehicle. The general manager I spoke to was absolutely zero help. What is worse after I requested them to close my account with them they have not yet done so and I have been charged every month since my request. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
Vacuums barely work. Towels are never stocked. Car wash scratches my car. And staff is rude. Don't give them money. They don't deserve it.
Cracked my windshield and disappeared! My windshield cracked from top to bottom inside their car wash. I filled out an incident report on-site, they took photos and video, told me they had cameras they would analyze, and a manager would contact me within 2 days. Two weeks later — nothing. I've sent multiple emails to the manager with corporate copied, made multiple calls to customer service, and have received zero response. This location is okay. The license plate reader doesn’t work half the time and many of the vacuums hardly work.
