Guy in the car wash bay shaking his head at me while I enter? If I’m doing something wrong, maybe say something before I screw your car wash and my car up? Got out on the other side with no issue…. Except that the quality of the wash could’ve been dramatically better (see pics of how ineffective this car wash was). Last time I come here and waste money. Update: Autowash up the street is touchless AND does an absolutely exceptional job at washing the car spotless. Highly recommend the 4 minute drive
Very disappointing, multiple visits now where there is not a single clean towel anywhere to be found. Enjoy the place otherwise, juat disappointing to see the service slipping.
If I was leaving a review two years ago, this place would have gotten 5 stars from me for the excellent service, friendliness, consistency, and overall great experience. The washes were great, the staff was helpful, and the amenities were always well maintained. However, over the past couple of years, and especially recently, this place has completely gone downhill. The car wash is consistently out of clean towels probably 80% of the time, the trash cans are overflowing most of the time, and the vacuums regularly have poor s... read more
