I paid for a car wash and got a cracked windshield, absolutely ridiculous. They gave me the 'disclaimer' runaround and made no attempt to make it right, just referred me to an auto shop to deal with it myself. Seems like a decent establishment on the surface, but they don't stand behind their customers. I'd steer clear if you're looking for a car wash.
I went through the car wash at the Centennial location (store #76) and the car wash was so abrasive it RIPPED MY DRIVER SIDE MIRROR OFF! I have a monthly package- the polish and shine. I regularly get car washes at Cobblestone and never had this type of experience with the wash destroying the vehicle. I immediately went into the office and the manager, Kolten Dick, was not there.
