$18 for them to crack and rip my windshield wiper arm completely off. Ryan, the manager, fetched it from the wash like it was no big deal and shared there are signs posted that they’re not responsible— despite the fact that the wiper arm was just fine before the wash. He obliged my annoyance by filling out a report in pencil and promising a follow up call in 72 hours. I have had a membership since they opened, i actually go there cause they have 2 options for vacuuming your car they have the regular one and the stick one to get in between your seats in the middle console….. i get the premier package, does a good job washing my truck!!!!! It does get busy at times but the one off arapahoe road is pretty big, so i never had to wait the others are smaller and you might have to wait a few mins…..
