I read reviews about Cobblestone damaging cars before I purchased two Unlimited carwash club plans, but for some reason, I didn’t believe them. Well that decision cost me $3,217 to replace a tail light lens on my 2023 Ford F-150 that I believe the Cobblestone carwash cracked. Can I prove it, no. But I can’t figure out any other way my taillight got cracked. The turn signal stopped working so I had to replace it and $3,217 is what O’Meara Ford charged me for a new one. We are right down the street and use it regularly. The personal are also very inclined to smile and keep you moving without any hesitation. Great Brand New service for car care.
Do not use this car wash. Their auto wash machine scratched my hood, and six inches of damage and six months later, there’s no accountability from staff, no proposed path forward, not even a dispute from Cobblestone denying fault. Just silence until their problems go away. The manager took photos of my car herself on the day it happened. I filed a claim in person. Nothing came of it. Not one follow up.
