Well first I paid $24 for the monthly subscription which they renewed at $29 without my permission. Second, they close early. I drive 3rd shift for Uber meaning I don't even leave my house until 7pm and I haven't been able to vacuum my car the last 2 times because they close early. You offer 2 services: wash and vacuum and half the services aren't even available during your open hours. If you want to close at 7 then change your hours to close at 7. While the car wash is in a convenient location for a lot of people living in the area, you’d be better off going elsewhere unless you need to use their free vacuums. While the workers try to run up to your car and “help” you navigate the touch screen to get the wash you want, it’s really just so they can try to sell you a membership.
