Deeply disappointed in Cobblestone Car Wash. They pressure you into a membership for their “touch” wash—assuring you it won’t scratch your vehicle—only to leave damage on a $75,000 vehicle and then deny any accountability. When I asked for a simple photo of the incident report for my own records, they refused. That’s not professionalism; that’s avoidance. If your vehicle has mirrored pillars or a high-end finish, do yourself a favor and stay far away. This experience has completely shattered my trust in their business.
Went the day this location opened in my neighborhood to try it out, not at all impressed. I understand a black vehicle can be tough but it looked horrible afterwards and wouldn't spend my money on it ever again. I'll stick to hand washing.
Honestly really upset that they are marked as open but they had cones up and the employees didn't even try to come talk to us to let us know what is going on.
Everything was alright until we got to the top brush it started pushing my car back almost hitting the car behind me otherwise it would've been a good place
