I LOVE this newer location. Zach and Luke are always so kind, greet meet with smiles when I drive up! The sweet blonde girl who directs us into the wash always smiles. The location is always kept hyper clean and I have never had a bad experience here.
One loose cannon employee ruins the whole experience. We will take our business elsewhere. Would not recommend the location at higley and southern.
This location is always good. The different brushes work and get the car cleaner and the attendants that do the pre soaking (especially today) really spray it down like it should be and have a friendly smile on their faces. I know it gets hot out there and I appreciate there work. I hope the other locations can learn from this one.
Initially I was very excited to have a new car wash so close to home. First visit was great. Staff was friendly, towels were stocked and vacuums worked well. Second visit my vehicle was left still covered in dirt. I asked if I could simply go through again to hopefully get my vehicle clean. Management said they don't allow cars to go back through and the back wheels in particular of jeeps cannot be cleaned because it can damage their equipment. They continue to charge my card for a monthly membership, yet every time I go in, they say I need to update my card. The last time they said that, I paid for a wash out of pocket because my car really needed it. As I was going through the wash I checked my bank account to see that they had just charged me $37 for my monthly membership that day, yet I still had to pay out of pocket for the services. The attendant on site was not able to offer much help.
