Attendants are always try push the packages. Once I got so frustrated that they wouldn’t take no that I backed up and drove while the attendant didn’t care.
Great place! Some of you are posting pictures acting like you paid $200 for a detailing when you only paid $35 for a wash and dry. Can’t believe some of the one star reviews. Been going here since it opened great place and great people. If you want a detailed pay for it! Don’t give this place a one star review, cause you paid $35 and expected $200 detail. lol.
I just splurged for the $40 car wash. And it was subpar basic. They did a crappy job vacuuming the inside. Still has stuff on my dashboard is still dusty. I can see they go over a little bit, but it’s definitely not up to my standards. I had to have them Redo the windows to get first off of it and they forgot the fragrance size. $40 car wash and I gave him a five dollar tip but to be honest I feel like I was ripped off.
I used to enjoy taking my car to get washed here every weekend now it seems like they don’t even know what quality work is anymore. My husband and I both get the full service wash and half the time the cars are still dirty on the outside and inside. I don’t even bother to tip on my way to my car anymore because the service and quality of work is shit. This weekend the worker asked me if I wanted heavy or light on the scent I said heavy I get in my car you can’t even tell it was cleaned on the inside nor a hint of the scent. ... read more
Absolutely awful experience. The employees at Cobblestone were incredibly cocky, and the staff's deceptive sales practices were a huge turn-off. I left feeling ripped off, and to make it worse, my car was still dirty. Don't waste your time or money here—I highly recommend you go somewhere else.
