I’ve been a regular customer at Cobblestone for a couple years despite the very pushy salespeople at the kiosk. Today was the last straw. I came for my usual $11 basic wash when a sales rep approached me and said that right now I could get unlimited washes for only $10. That sounded like a good deal, and cheaper than my single wash, so I agreed. Then he ran off with my credit card, came back, and the receipt was for $21. Word of advice. If your people continue to harass the customer for memberships, you won't have any customers left. Just let me get the wash I want!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this Cobblestone location. While we have a membership and it’s conveniently located near our home, the experience here has been consistently frustrating.The first time I visited the express wash, my membership tag wasn’t working. I waited in line for assistance, but no one came despite the fact that I had my 11 mos old in the car. Eventually, I pulled into the service lane and had to ask for help. I had a flat tire on my bike and one of the workers was able to fill it up for me for free just enough so I could get home in Time
