Our vehicles are usually not vacuumed much, if at all and the interior is hit and miss on being wiped down. The exterior usually looks good. The staff if always nice and polite. It just seems like they get too busy at times to do a thorough job.
If I could give a 0 I would. The exterior looked horrible with streaks, bird crap still left on, and dirty swirls. They left my dash completely dusty and untouched along with all interior doors and cup holder / center console. As I watched I saw they literally only sprayed compressed air everywhere inside. For 35$ this was a complete waste.
I stopped coming here after a few bad washes, but I was driving by and decided to give it one more try. I wasn’t expecting much, but my car came out looking great. The manager stopped by and asked how everything was. I told him about my past experiences and that I was pleasantly surprised with today’s wash. He mentioned that he’s the new manager and that these are the new standards for this location. If this visit is any indication of what’s to come, I’ll definitely be returning.
I recently had my car detailed here and had a great experience. When I picked up my vehicle, I pointed out a few small things I wasn’t completely happy with. The manager personally took the time to address every concern and made sure my car looked spotless before I left. He explained that these are the new standards for this location now that he is the new manager.
People were nice enough but they wanted to charge my daughter another $20 to go through the car wash again because the bird dropping didn't come off...lol. Ok no thanks.
