I am extremely upset with Cobblestone in Queen Creek and feel that their sales practices are misleading. I was told at the location that I would have “unlimited washes until the end of the month.” ***** ( for that month only) At no point did I knowingly agree to be placed on a recurring monthly membership plan ,yet my card was later charged without my clear consent or understanding. Of all the Gilbert-area cobblestones, this one is the worst I've experienced. Recently, I brought in a car for a wash. Upon picking up my vehicle and having to vacuum all of the spots they missed, I noticed that the windshield wiper was stuck in the middle of the windshield. I brought it to the associate's attention, and he reviewed the cameras and told me that one of the workers pulled the wiper and broke a part of the arm, causing it to fall out of place. Just purchased a new vehicle and washed after only 5 days of purchase. The wash stopped in the middle of the the wash and restarted that shook my whole vehicle. Did not spend time to dry, wanted to do it in my driveway. My driver side door received 2 deep scratches. I returned and they checked video so he said and said it’s not from them! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
I have unlimited plan, usually just drive through due to time constraints. Not all equipment works at the same time, something always seems broken, especially spot free rinse. I end up wiping down the entire vehicle, might as well wash it in my driveway. Sadly, I will be trying the competition even though they are farther away. Canceled my Cobblestone membership.
