CHIPPED AND CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD. The "manager", Gustavo, lied and claimed the chip was already there and the water caused the crack. He rudely refused to do anything about the damage. The whole windshield needs replaced. Neither the large chip nor the crack was there when I pulled in. Something obviously got kicked up in their filthy car wash. RecommendedGot signed up for the top of the line wash last week. It all went as expected and truck is clean as a whistle! BUT.. now that I have basically unlimited washes the darned dust and rain has been non-existent for the past 7 day! Very glad that Cobblestone Wash is just up the street! 5 stars!

In a time when great service is appreciated, horrible service leaves its mark. I am usually satisfied with the in and out car wash services at Cobblestone Auto Spa... We are getting ready to sell our Jeep, had all maintenance done and want it to shine when people come to look at it. I paid for a monthly service a few months back. Staff at check in is so unprofessional ALWAYS. Every time I have had my car washed they don’t vacuum under seats, rugs or anything that requires them to actually work. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Manager is incompetent and never really “makes it right.” I ask up front to ensure they vacuum.
