Employees really don't care if you are happy or if the car is clean. I pointed out a couple of black makes on my door, and the guy huffed at me. Showed them the backseat had not been vacuumed on driver's side and they did it but said there... after. Tried it twice. Not a 3rd time.
I love Val vista and base line store, mangers Kat and Scott are the most sweetest manger’s ever, who cares about the needs of the customers and it is so very appreciated, the store is ALWAYS so very clean each time I do come for service at least once a week. DJ is so helpful and friendly! No one at this location is pushy. My truck leaves looking brand new every time!
I didn’t appreciate getting heckled by the employee at the card scanner for a membership and I really did not enjoy the limited amount of vacuums they had available to customers. To avoid this problem go to a different location or car wash.
