So not only is this not a great wash, but they fraudulently put me on a monthly membership while telling me it's just a one-time charge for one month of unlimited washes. This happened to me last October and they've charged me $20 a month ever since, it's apparently actually a recurring monthly thing and I have not given them permission to take funds from my account month after month. Terrible Manager at the 5245 East Southern Avenue, Mesa, AZ 85206 location. Had a coupon for FREE Wax with expiration 2099. I WAS TOLD BY THEM TO hold on to receipt that they highlighted the Free wax and Expiration date. I came into the car wash like any other day. I decided to use my coupon 2 years after I received the coupon because I was selling the car. I asked the front guy if this was valid and showed him the receipt. It used to be a lot nicer but now the detailing bays are full of construction supplies and garbage. They dont give you a full wet paper towel any more, just a damp towelette package that barely dusts the cluster of gauges in your car. The compressed air isnt maintained so it sprays water. Not all of the water jets work in the wash. just a mediocre place
