I lived in Cobblestone for a year and was very disappointed in their front offices professionalism. I was shown an apartment I could move into when viewing Cobblestone initially only to be told when I did sign my lease agreement and move in that the apartment I viewed was not the apartment I leased. That should have been my 1st inclination not to move in. Nothing is clearly defined in how they process their paperwork or rent. ROACH INFESTED FOR 6 MONTHS. – DO NOT MOVE HERE. i had roaches coming out of ELECTRIC SOCKETS, GARBAGE DISPOSAL, SINKS, MY COUCH, ETC. maintnace does everything half way and usually makes it worse-' VERY UNFRIENDLY STAFF

Not Worth the Rent – Cobblestone Apts are very overrated. They are small, overpriced and very outdated. .It will take several calls to get maintanence to come out, and generally the problem doesn't get fixed the first time. Have had to make repeated calls for the same problem and moved out with that problem never being fixed. They are not timely in fixing matters or concerned with there tenants. Not Worth It, OVERRATED – Cobblestone Apartments are very small, old and over priced. Everytime you sign a new lease, they raise the rent on you. Many things break and it takes maintenance a while to fix it. Most of the time it takes them a few times before they actually fix the problem. I felt unsafe with the people living there. The noise level was ridiculous and the tenants were very unclean. The staff wasn't very friendly. They promised things and never followed through with them.
