I have been living here for one year and absolutely love it. Quiet and clean, spacious. I am so happy with the under-building garage. I have a fantastic view of the parkway and the airport, yet the apartment is quiet. Any time I have had a maintenance issue - and that has been seldom - the issue has been attended to in a timely manner. My only complaint is that two junk vehicles are in the front parking lot, which have not moved since I've been here. They are eyesores, with flat tires and expired registration.
What blows my mind is there is zero assistance for after hours! Literally locked out of my apartment with no maitnance to reach out to!
This property was great when we first moved in, then Archstone took over and it’s been nothing but trouble. Want to up the price but can’t even get simple maintenance done? Had to wait over half year for mail keys, over 4 months to repair laundry doors, said they were coming and never showed. We let the maintenance guy know about needing bigger dumpsters, and he said no, yet every week it’s overfilled and we’ve picked up trash ourselves, reached out multiple times to owner and never once got a response. Cobblestone is quiet and clean. Newer apartments with an owner and an offsite management staff that is more attentive than anything I have ever experienced. The owner is obviously not afraid to invest in the property and the management company is McDonnell Properties and no issue is too small or large for them. First week here my garbage disposal went out. Replaced it the following day. Stuck window… same day. Door handle on bedroom door, following day I have never waited more than a week for a repair that. Quietest and safest apartment complex I’ve lived in! $$ than other apartment complexes in the area, but it also means a different degree of neighbors. Underwent a property management change in 2019, maintenance repairs are handled within the week of the request.
