The hours are not posted. They are not open Saturday or Sunday, yet count those as days towards auctioning off or selling ones personal possessions, etc... This list is going on and on. So far in my profession opinion. I see absolutely no reason to rent here. Not friendly, not people oriented, no empathy or compassion in any way. Might as well be working in a non public contact profession. Then the human element would not be necessary. We are all thinking that a robot would be more polite.
My cousin is currently going through a difficult time, and I reached out to this storage company hoping they might be able to offer some support or flexibility. I’ve dealt with several storage companies in the past, and unfortunately, this has been by far the worst experience. The woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive.
