I like living here. I have lived here going on 3 years and any time something has broken it has been fixed or completely replaced. I think Errol and Yvonne are great managers and are friendly and approchable. The facilities are clean, as are the apartments and I like the layout.
my family & i lived at cobble creek apartments for about 3 years... when we first lived there it was great! The maintenance guy was great & we love the manager Monica... we started off in a 1 bedroom apartment & then when I got pregnant moved into a 2 bedroom! If we had any problems Micky was there that or the next to fix it & always had a great attitude! Then this last summer the apartment owner decided to become manager & hired a new maintenance guy!
