I have had the pleasure to get know the office and maintenance staff here for the past several years and they're a wonderful set of people making a difference in the lives of all the residents, especially the children. From Catherine, Amber, Gaby, and now Christopher in the office making sure the building runs smoothly. There has been no hot water in my boyfriend's apartment for several days, and he has complained about this issue multiple times. I feel like the management is giving him the runaround to avoid addressing the problem. A few years ago, he didn’t have to deal with this issue, but now it has been ongoing for four days without any resolution. It's unfair for all the tenants in the building to live without hot water, and he should be able to shower at any time .

I’ve lived At Cobbet Hill apartments for 20 years I live on the 500 Essex St. side and I’ve seen this building go through a great deal of changes for the better. It’s a great place to live it is located with convenient access to most things throughout the city of Lynn. Also with easy access to Boston, by car, bus or commuter train.
