Our Cobb tuner suddenly lost power and wouldn't turn back on. We contacted their service department and they gave us a form to fill out. We were then give instructions on how to send the Coob access unit back. After receiving the unit, they let us know approximately how long it would be. We had to get a new replacement unit and it was reasonably priced. Their service department was communicative. We would do business with them again in the future if needed. Thank you
