Zach was an absolute gem. When I put in the case then called to explain the shortened timeline in which I needed the stickers (a new law in my state requires them). I needed them Tuesday and I called him on a Friday. He overnighted the stickers to me so I would have them in time for my meeting. This guy needs a promotion and a raise. He is a shining example of phenomenal customer service and an asset to Cobb. Thank you Cobb, for you prompt response and assistance.
Emailed cobb tuning with a concern i was having with numbers i was recieving from my new AP on my fa24 engine from subaru. I wasnt familiar with how this new engine behaves on the stock map and wanted to be sure it was acting how it should. The Information they gave me was helpful and they gave me a link to a page that had extra information beyond what I was asking which I used as a resource to check other parameters. Very happy with the reply!
My Subaru Outback XT and I have been very pleased with Cobb's products and customer service. I have personal experience with the Pitch Stop Mount, Intake Tube, and Accessport, and have the Rear Diff Bushing Inserts ready to install. Zach in CS has been really helpful with any questions I've had, and his advice has been rock solid. Highly recommended!
