I have a 2021 Gen3 Raptor using a custom tune that is managed by the Cobb Accessport. I also have the Front Mount Intercooler and some cosmetic covers that make my engine bay pop. The quality of every product has been top notch. More importantly, their customer service is responsive and genuinely works to resolve any questions/issues that may arise during installation or in my case, 3 years down the road. I was back up and running within 24 hours. I highly recommend their products!
The customer service is very hit or miss, and at times, nonexistent. I bought some Eibach springs and then canceled the order; they confirmed and refunded. A week later, the springs show up. I hold on to them, knowing I will need to send them back. A couple weeks of me forgetting they are in my shop and I'm contacted by Cobb about returning them. I love how Trey helps and walks me through every little detail on the Cobb Access Port! Very friendly and very helpful. Thank you, Trey. Now I'm hoping for a Stage 2 tune!
They totally took care of the problem with Ford doing an over the air update, blocking my access port from connecting. All is good. It n8ce to have a company with great customer service
