Everything was better than expected. I’ve only installed the exhaust so far, and it blew my mind. Can’t wait to install everything else. Asked customer service for a ship update, and I hey responded promptly. Wish there was more still available for the fiesta so I could by more Cobb parts, but it’s an older platform, so that makes sense
My cobb access port stopped working and needed repaired so I emailed them. They fully replaced my AP for an amazing price and the turn around time was super fast! Amazing experience overall!
Trey went above and beyond to help me figure out a no start issue after reflashing back to stock. I was completely stumped and to be honest we both were but he stayed on the phone with me for over an hour until he was able to walk me through a process and get the issue resolved. Thanks again for your top notch customer service.
Cobb is by far the best at what they do and they stand by the consumer and their products, I will continue to use Cobb.
Very knowledgeable might take a bit of time bc it sounded like they are a little short on support staff at the moment
