I had an issue arise with the shift knob I ordered and had been using and contacted their support team. They were extremely helpful, specifically Matthew, who addressed the issue quickly and was a real pleasure to deal with. They ended up sending me a replacement knob that arrived pretty quickly. Experiencing such great post purchase support only reinforces my desire to do business with them again.
