Dr Kim did a great job. Honest, transparent, kind, all the things you look for when these unfortunate situations arise. If I have to have another root canal, and I hope I don’t, I will be going back to Dr Kim.
I recently had a retreatment of a root canal. It was done in 2 sessions with Dr. Kim. After returning home after the first session the pain was unbearable. It took 4 phone calls and 2 days to have her prescribe a steroid. Today was my second session and again up all night in unbearable pain. The office staff is caring and will keep in touch trying to get some answers for you. I had such a positive experience with this company they were very professional and the provider did an excellent job with my root canal. This was the best experience I have ever had with this type of procedure. I highly recommend them.
They made me feel comfortable and explained everything before they did anything. Dr. Kim realized that my broken tooth was cracked in two places and stopped the root canal and only charged me for the consult. If I do need a root canal in the future, I'll most definitely go to Dr. Kim at Cobb Root Canals.
