Don't get over charged Wow...where to begin. We spent almost $40K with Nob Hill on our new home. They sent me invoices 1 year after we moved in saying that we didn't pay them. They double invoiced for items. Now we have a shower that won't work. I called to see about getting a new part. Was told it was under warranty. When I arrived to pick up part (after 4 weeks of waiting and no shower), I was told I had to pay for the part and I would have to deal with the manufacturer myself to get money back. So Way OVER Priced ~ Watch Out Plano-ites I had two hot water heaters installed by Pope, and they aren't working properly. Discussions continue, and my next post will give details on their response. I agree with previous posts, their prices are high.

Quick and honest Called before arrival, and arrived early. Friendly and quick, with good recommendations for future maintenance. Repair finished quickly and at a reasonable price. My wife didn't like the dirt left behind from the workboots, so that's the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. I will use Cobb Plumbing again.
