From Raegan at reception, to nurses Bridgette, Anna, and Paige, Coordinator Kellie, Counselor Chad, and even “Tall Chad,”everyone was warm, friendly and very supportive of my sobriety. They were very accommodating and helpful.
Please stay away from this place they charge me 10,987 dollars for 7 days of treatment and they told me I was being charge nothing that my insurance would pay for it well today I got a bill in mail saying my insurance didn't cover any of it big disappointment these ppl are straight scamers please stay away only thing I can say good bout this place is Miss jacqueline is so beautiful and very nice I definitely can say she put a smile on my face
There are not enough words to describe my experience here! The client care was above and beyond as I was extremely struggling at the beginning. Jackie the upfront desk was amazing to walk into in the mornings and I loved her light and comforting attitude. Everyone is polite and nice from the start till your last day. The people that work here will do everything they can to help you, and thats from the ladies at the front desk to the owners and everyone in-between. They all work with you on scheduling, your meds, finding additional help during and after detox. Your 1st few days maybe a little off putting because you do have to open up initially and answer questions, but it is worth coming to and completing the program.
