Larry responded quickly and was able to make it out to service our A/C units the next morning. The issue was resolved and our A/C units are back up and running in less than 24 hours. Great customer service, excellent quality of workmanship, and a super fair price. 10/10, will recommend to friends and family.
If you live in a townhome but your AC is on the roof, go with another contractor. He will charge it as a commercial service instead of residential.
Cobb Heat and A/C Worked on our A/C unit for approximately 2 weeks and got it to cool for a few hours, I paid him thinking the job was done then it stopped working again the next day. I placed a call to Cobb again to advise him, returned a day later saying we needed a compressor. My thoughts were after working on it for 2 weeks, you could not determine that the compressor was bad, you are obviously in the wrong business, I was upset with his lack of knowledge.
