I started using this company about three years ago. I rep I used for years left her previous company and came here, she brought me along. She gave the best customer service. She left 2 years ago, I have never received communication from this company since. They don’t check in or run quotes through other providers, they don’t even return emails or voicemails. Either merged or bought out my insurance broker and after over a week of no returned calls or emails I’m looking to change Brokers as I needed to update my insurance, but ended up having to do it on my own.
I’ve been dealing with Lori at Cobb Hall since about 2017. Recently started a new policy with her and Lori has made getting a policy the least stressful part of purchasing a home. 100% recommend her for anyone looking for a new policy or additional coverage!
Excellent in every way. And big shout out to John Scotta and Eric and Lori and Jill. Sorry if I missed anyone. Every single person I’ve ever worked with at this office understands the urgency of business needs. America is forgetting what customer service is…. But not Cobb Hall !! Exceptional customer service They never let me down.
