Terrible patient care! Incompetent and unwilling to take responsibility for their inefficiency! Phones aren’t answered, showed up for scheduled appointment and turned away due to “forgetting” to order the appropriate supplies. It’s not a medical office, it’s a 3-ring circus!
I called my dermatologist to make my 83 year old father an appointment and it went to voicemail saying they weren’t available. Then they started texting me wanting my dad’s insurance. I told them I just wanted an appointment and then I would have my brother call to give information. They text they couldn’t do that, that my brother would need to call. I've been a loyal customer until now. I've showed up on time for appointments and I spent a lot of money at this place last year. I called 2 days ago asking to see a doctor because my dog pulled me down, and I fell face first into a crush and run surface.. I have stone dust stuck in the skin of my nose and chin.
