Waited a month for my appointment here. They had my insurance info, I found them through my insurance network. I get here and all of a sudden they don’t take my insurance. Why waste my time
I absolutely adore Dr. Cobb. She is so very kind and takes her time with me! I never feel rushed or like I’m just another patient on a checklist. She really hears my concerns and is quick to answer all my questions. She really is the best! Also, the staff is wonderful (shoutout Codee, if I spelled your name wrong, I am so sorry!) Terrible patient care! Incompetent and unwilling to take responsibility for their inefficiency! Phones aren’t answered, showed up for scheduled appointment and turned away due to “forgetting” to order the appropriate supplies. It’s not a medical office, it’s a 3-ring circus!
