I had an exceptional experience today and want to recognize Kenesia (forgive me if I misspelled your name) for her outstanding customer service. I called regarding a hold on my motorcycle title, and she took the time to personally bring my document to her manager, get it reviewed and signed, and have the hold lifted. She absolutely did not have to go the extra mile the way she did, but because of her effort, the entire issue was resolved in about 20 minutes. Checking on my title xfer from FL to GA, Ms. Iona(?) was very helpful in getting the process moving as well as sharing w/me the process and how it all works. High Praise to Ms. Iona(?)
Very busy location. Waited 45 minutes to be called. Nice people but Lower Roswell is faster. Elderly and those with little kids had to wait a while…limited seating. Very nice lady once I got up there and she moved efficiently. Overall closer Location for me but just super busy.
1st of the month and the place was packed. Used the kiosk and was done quickly.
