I was sent here today by the office on Lower Roswell and told that they would call to ensure my paperwork would be ready today. I arrive to find this on the door. Did not update hours in Google, which is showing you are open! I watched more than TWENTY people in 10 mins walk up and have to turn around! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
I came in early this morning for a complicated title transfer. Lakeisha was kind, patient, and thorough in making sure everything was done correctly. Highly recommend this location!
Had the absolute privilege of meeting Gabrielle, and she was so kind to me and so friendly. I’ve been dealing with a lot of personal stuff lately, and her presence, demeanor, and patience showed me there is actually hope for humanity. Wonderful wonderful person!
Very busy location. Waited 45 minutes to be called. Nice people but Lower Roswell is faster. Felt bad for folks with little kids or elderly, limited seating. Very nice lady once I got up there and she moved efficiently. Overall closer Location for me but just super busy.
