Gabriella was so helpful with everything and had such great service the entire time.

The staff is great and very friendly. But the kiosk system stinks because you have to choose a reason for your visit to and “register a new car” isn’t one of the options. It has to be a very common reason but you have no idea if you’re in the right place till you’re called to the window and that can take a long time. It seems like it’s designed to make a task no one wants to do just a little tougher.
One of the women at this location needs to learn how to do her job. Instead of giving us a necessary form yesterday that needs to be filled out we were only told to get a signature on the title paper, so now we have to come back for a THIRD time with this form that we received from another employee today (one who actually knows how to do his job).
