The CSR team is so rude for no reason. Made it seem like I was a major annoyance asking Veronica to answer a few questions to ensure I paid my property tax bill correctly.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I had a horrendous interaction with the lady who wears glasses and is non petite. She is Caucasian and refused to give me her name. She MIMICKED me when i was in distress. And NOT being rude. Never in my life have i ever encountered such a helpless staff member in regards to commissioners office. I’m not sure if it’s because i was a poc but her lack of professionalism that continued is unacceptable and sad to see in Cobb County. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
Some of these customer service Representative are not knowledgeable. And then she hanged up the phone on me.
