The place is absolutely horrible, extremely unorganized and unprofessional. The hospital transferred a family member to the facility after being told they had an open bed. Now after being at COBB CSB for going on 24 hours, there is still not a room available and they are being left in the lobby still in paper scubs from the hospital, unable to shower and put on clean clothing, and having to sleep in a chair. Quality care and a professional, caring staff.
Terrible place! My appointment was at 840 and I wasn't seen till 3 PM all the medical assistants had attitudes and the nurse Terry Hayward refused to return my prescription! If you had any problems here please report it to the state health of office immediately! Do not come to this place of theif and disrepect.
