Just imagine your worst customer service experience +20 transfers because no one knows who you're supposed to talk to and ending with the final person telling you they don't know. If your imagination is that good you'll only be mildly disappointed then by your 3 hour customer service experience.

Corrupt organization. My property tax assessment increased just under 300% in four years. Meanwhile the Commissioner Lisa Cupid who frequently says that she too has experienced higher taxes due to value increases has seen her home increase in assessed value by just 60% in the same time period, including a renovation that did not increase her property’s value at all.
