Just want to respond to these two negative reviews. We are an engineering firm that has been in business over 30 years and have numerous satisfied clients who are too busy to go on Google to review our services. The negative reviews are from people that we have never done business with. To these gentlemen - I apologize if you feel you were not treated properly, but grow up.

Wow Brian Cobb was very rude and I just thought everyone should know this who is trying to do business with this firm. I called to ask about a job that I am trying to have done and he said we can't do that and hung up the phone as I was asking him if he has any suggestions. I called back to make sure he knew I was still on the phone and was told he doesn't owe me anything and hung up on again.

Called to talk with Bryan Cobb about a Partial Structural Evaluation report he issued in June, 2013 for a residential home. He was very rude and unwilling to discuss report. Indicated he satisfied his client requirements and was not willing to discuss anything related to project. Before I could ask how I might best evaluate report (being I'm not an engineer) he promptly hung up.
