The place is absolutely horrible, extremely unorganized and unprofessional. The hospital transferred a family member to the facility after being told they had an open bed. Now after being at COBB CSB for going on 24 hours, there is still not a room available and they are being left in the lobby still in paper scubs from the hospital, unable to shower and put on clean clothing, and having to sleep in a chair.
