I understand clinics are busy and taking extra care for patients is important but if I was 15 minutes later to my appointment it would be forfeit but I arrived early and still I had to wait an hour to get addressed, did the first part with a nurse which wasn't her job but she was helping out, it's 5:30 and the clinic is closing soon and I still haven't been served. 2+hrs for a physical assessment and I'm still waiting, can't be done like this, I figure this is the best they can do but I can't be expected to leave 5 stars eit... read more
