Absolutely crap! Paperwork in one van, parcel in another. Paperwork arrived at location, parcel went on a merry old trip to Lightning Ridge, nowhere near where it was meant to be. Also have rude employee's who want to fight if you quiz them about your parcels!
The staff member are very disrespectful and very rude. The van driver gave me vey bad experience.
