Recently I stopped by and met Rob in the service dept. Rob had the crew do some spot welding on my trailer. They got me back on the road within 30 minutes.
I do so much of my business online these days because customer service is generally so poor. I was tremendously impressed with the process of buying a trailer here from Michael L. I knew exactly what I wanted and Michael made it a very simple and hassle free process. I felt like he valued my time was efficient and prepared. I got what I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to do business here again.
Cobalt exceeded my expectations. They not only repaired my boat trailer for less than other quotes I'd received, but 50% less even than their OWN quote. I was really impressed by the honesty and professionalism towards a new customer. (ps and I'm a real customer, not an employee posting or anything like that. lol)
They are very nice but not much inventory of trailers. They didn't expect more anything soon from the sound of it.
