I am so impressed with the new management at Cobalt Springs. Dasha and Nikkie are wonderful to deal with. They are extremely professional and always have the best attitudes.
The new management is far superior than the previous one....when you enter the leasing office you can feel the difference....
I toured these apartments twice and looked at multiple units because I loved this location but was extremely disappointed. The buildings are old, run down, dirty, disgusting, smell musty and are infested with mold. There is clearly black mold growing in multiple units in super obvious places which we pointed out to the girl who was giving us the tour who just dismissed it like it was nothing. There were cigarettes on the floor in the hallways which appear to have never been cleaned and all of the units I looked at smelled mo... read more
