I like it here. I have been living at this location for 5 years. This location is near work, close to downtown and the area is surrounded with trees and peaceful.
We made our your appointment a week in advance. We live almost 6hours away in SouthEast Georgia. They waited till my husband drove all the way there before they canceled our tour. This should have been done the moment they knew they couldn't do our tour. Absolutely disrespectful to peoples time and hard earned money. I lived here for two years, I had a lot of problems with the apartment, the stairs were never cleaned, they were disgusting, and now I've left and they don't want to give me back my deposit, every time I come back it's a mess, I've been waiting for my deposit for 5 months and they always have some excuse.
This place should be condemned. Mold, leaks and just absolutely a hazard to anyone living here. A D-11 bulldozer would be a great start. The maintenance are over worked and under paid. They cheat them out of overtime, making them take off if they go over 40 hrs. Gready individuals and investors! If you are planning living here, DONT!! RUN FROM THIS PLACE.
Terrible management. No change management about five times and they still suck. That’s crazy to me.
