I currently live here. I used to be in the military so I've lived in a lot of places. This has to be the worst place I've ever lived!!! The staff is less than helpful!! Downright rude in fact if you ask me. No one ever knows anything about anything that's going on. And maintenance that is an oxymoron. The apartments are way overpriced! luxury is not what I would call it. From the appliances to caucking in the bathroom, you can tell the do things half ass!! So apparently we have a officer that lives here that gets off on harassing other residents, my small group lives here and cleans up the nature trail by the office and put empty bags for others to deposit their trash, this officer that lives by the office makes you turn your pockets out if you come out of the woods and he don't like the looks of you, office didn't do anything to stop the power hungry tyrant, we make the woods look nice for everyone and this is the thanks we get.

I lived there for 7 years and was treated very kindly by those in the office. My biggest mistake was moving due to a neighbor. Maintenance was always done. Even due to change of management went smoothly. Want to move back. Jean, Ellie and Nicole were there and I really loved them.

Not a place I would ever recommend. When I moved in January 2015 I was living on a bottom unit near the woods. Other than just run down appliances and really awful carpet, I didn't have any immediate issues. However, about March/April I started noticing millipedes. I don't mind a few here and there but it got to the point where I was killing 20-50 per day. They were EVERYWHERE. I found them in my clothes in my shoes and in my pots and pans in the kitchen.
