Roof coatings not only protect your roof from the weather , The emissity and reflectivity are well known - DID YOU KNOW Tax deductible your first year Unlike a PVC , metal or TPO The cost of the roof has to be deducted Over 29 years,

I'm a contractor and know several roofers but I needed someone who knows how to work with insurance adjusters. David got my roof approved and he also got the inside payed for. He delivered. Thank you

David Francis is phenomenal in the way that he helps to get your work done at the most reasonable rates. His ideas are fantastic and his work and employees are extra in their bid to help the customer be completely satisfied in the work that is completed. He is timely and sticks by what he says he is going to do and then some. I will only call on Cobalt for any work and recommend him to my friends.

***** ******* with Cobalt Roofing and Construction was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgable in his field and goes above and beyond to make the customer happy, from the negotiations with the insurance company to making sure that everything is done to the customer's satisfaction. We had a roof replacement and some inside ceiling repair from where the roof had leaked.
