My father spent time at Cobalt after he was released from the hospital. The care he received at this facility by far exceeded the care he received at the hospital. The staff was very attentive and provided excellent care. Communication with the family was outstanding and leadership was open to all feedback provided. In addition, the facility is very clean and well organized.
