In the roughly 6 months we've lived at apartments managed by Cobalt, we've been without a washer for 2. Cobalt continues to tell us they have no update, no word on the warranty and no plan to replace the washer in the mean time. Meanwhile, we continue to split the cost of water among apartments with no adjustment on top of spending hundreds now at the laundromat. I cannot overstate this, absolutely do not rent with them. This is by far the worst property management l've ever dealt with. I rented from Edgewater Apartments with Travis Babcock as the property manager. Maintenance requests go ignored or take forever to be addressed, the garbage is constantly overflowing, and management is completely uncommunicative with tenants if you have a problem.
