I cannot overstate this, absolutely do not rent with them. This is by far the worst property management l've ever dealt with. I rented from Edgewater Apartments with Travis Babcock as the property manager. Maintenance requests go ignored or take forever to be addressed, the garbage is constantly overflowing, and management is completely uncommunicative with tenants if you have a problem. We have had a terrible experience with them start to finish. We signed our lease, then less than a week before move-in received word that our unit would not be available, and we had to move two more times within the building just to get the original floor plan we signed for.
