I just want to share how amazing Ruth, our concierge, has been at our building. She consistently goes above and beyond with every request—whether it’s helping with packages, coordinating special deliveries, or just offering a friendly and reassuring presence. We have an Amazon Hub here, and there’s been a fair share of challenges with delivery folks not placing packages in the lockers. Ruth has been instrumental in making sure they know the drill.
