I've been living here for a while and overall, it's a great property. The noise control is solid, the room condition is well-maintained, and the amenities and in-room facilities are modern and convenient. The building itself is okay. However, I don’t know what’s going on with their management team! Be ready to wait days or even weeks for a reply, and sometimes not get a reply at all. When I was trying to renew my lease last year, it took me a month of communication with the leasing team to come to a final solution, because I would only get a response once a week. Also, during the tour they assure you that the stadium won’t bother you and that you won’t hear anything during the games because the windows are soundproof. That’s ... read more
