Horrible company! The only time when I spoke with Josh is when he and his partner Patricia are wanting me as the landlord to take care of things that they should have called and should have contacted the HOA of the complex. Upon a handful of conversations and email messages from Patricia, it seems that she is very unprofessional and wants to cast blame. I would not hire this company!

Scam artist seriously be aware they won’t uphold there legal agreement unless it benefits them. They dodge you if you have a concern or problem. The owner won’t respect you if you have a problem they will avoid you at all cost and close there shop so you can’t go Directly to them instead of being ghosted. Seriously if you want a slum lord this is the spot if you want to not be taken advantage of and deposit kept for no reason and have to take them to court go ahead but I wish I did!
